Every link below goes to the Canada Revenue Agency or another government body, not to a copy. Form numbers are the ones the CRA uses, so they match what appears on your correspondence. If you are a client, you rarely need to complete these yourself; the list is here so you can see what is being filed on your behalf and read the rules for yourself.
